Christ is Risen! Christ is truly Risen! This ancient Christian greeting expresses the foundation of our Easter joy and our singing the praises of God. As you gather in Church and around the family table this day, I wish every blessing for you and yours. I pray that you always know this Easter truth that we are not alone in a cold universe. Rather we are enfolded in the arms of a loving Father. He Who created life now shows Hos power to renew and restore life. May that life be yours now and in eternity.
We are excited to welcome campers back to St. Martin de Porres VBS for another summer of faith, fun, and adventure! Camp will be held at the St. Ann Church campus (St. JPll CA) for six weeks, from July 7th to August 15th.
Our days will be filled with exciting games, sports, creative crafts, science experiments, water play, hands-on learning, imagination station, Legos, skits, music, field trips, and more. Campers will explore their faith, learning about Jesus and the Bible in engaging and joyous ways.
The Grand Annual Appeal helps fund parish ministries and helps offset a decrease in weekly offertory donations. The Appeal goal is $100,000 and it is vital that you understand that we cannot sustain ourselves as a parish if we cannot fund our ministries or pay our obligations.
